I can't thank you enough for my Sadie!  Thank you,
thank you, THANK YOU!!!!!  If I had given you a
detailed list of all the things I would like in a dog I can't
imagine that I would have a better pup than Sadie!

I especially want to thank you for what a pleasure it
was working with you to get a puppy.  From the first
time I contacted you it was obvious that you REALLY
love your dogs and spend a great deal of effort
keeping up to date and knowing what is best for them.
None of the other breeders I contacted seemed to
have their hearts in it like you do.  You have a wealth
of knowledge about picking a puppy, temperament,
vaccinations, nutrition, training and probably much
more that we hadn't gotten around to talking about.

You may have noticed that when we discussed
various issues relating to dogs and you would tell me
the differing points of view, I would ask you what you
thought.  I've owned dogs almost my whole life and I
greatly trust and respect your understanding of dogs.
Thank you for the good advice you've given me... but
mostly, thank you for Sadie!
Dennis
I was at a race (runners race, not horses) and there
were over 200 people oohing and aahing over him all
day. They wanted pictures of him and wrote down your
kennel's name to look it up later. He was such a good
boy and he was POOPED when the day was only
half-way through.  All that walking around and seeing
things.  He slept the whole hour ride home in the
passenger seat, just plunked down on his side.  Thanks
again for such a great dog!
ML, Holly
Bounder is doing great!  I took him on the road with me
to Montana this week and he was very good. We got a
lot of compliments and he loved seeing all the new
different parks and meeting other dogs. He's very
friendly with everyone and loves to play, but everyone
notices how calm he is.
Frankie absolutely loves him-almost too much at times
but I think they are getting used to each other...I don't
know why I'm telling you all this, you know him better
than I do! You can tell I'm a proud mom already.
I swear, I think he's just the smartest best dog ever!
Just a perfect fit. It was great meeting you and your
husband and I'm so glad it worked out, Bounder is such
a good little dog. I would recommend you to anybody!
It was a great experience and I was so leery considering
the last one I had. I'll make sure to send pictures when I
get them!
You can absolutely use me as a reference and let me
know if someone wants to call me in advance and I
would be more than happy to talk with them. Bounder
is getting his shots this weekend and he's scheduled
next week for puppy obedience classes. I think they are
going to teach me to teach him more than anything else.
Of course he will be the smartest one there.
Naomi
Anne is doing awesome.  She is so adorable.  The boys
really love her and she loves them.  At night she
literally tears up the house.  Then she will run to us, sit
at our feet and look up with her big eyes and long
tongue hanging out of her mouth!  One of these nights
I've got to get a picture of it :)  She is hilarious!

Flower and Teddy get along great with each other and
the other dogs.  Anne especially likes spending time
with them.  I've caught them all piled up sleeping
together... cute :)  Of course I doubt I'll be able to get a
picture of that any time soon.  If they even hear me
breathing they all leap up and want attention <GRIN>
They are keeping me busy!
Talk with you soon,  Mindy ~
Wanted to let you know that Faith is settling in well.
The minute we left you she started whining and howling
and crying and we're going, "Oh how are we going to
make it 300 miles!".
We went back to my cousins and let her out of the crate
on the grass and just let her play.  She then slept till we
hit Moses lake!  She played again at our son's house in
Ellensburg and we made it home ok.

She seems fully crate trained, sleeps in it and naps in it -
goes to it herself when tired and probably over
stimulated and keeps it clean.  She has plenty of toys -
especially ones to chew on.  I've ordered her vitamins.
She passed her vet appt with flying colors.  In fact, our
vet trained under the eye doc you use....

Anyway, she's a doll and seems happy with us.

Thank you so much for her - we'll cherish her always.
I'll try to keep you up to date but my life is a little
overly full right now so if you're wondering and I
haven't sent much, just drop me an email.
Thank you again,  Judi and Bob
I love this puppy!  She is hysterical.  She has the
strongest herding instinct I've ever seen.  I need to get
video of her with the goats at this age as it should be a
good selling tool for her puppies!  She does have a very
strong personality and thinks she is the boss at times,
so I need to watch that.  We took her with us over to
Eastern Oregon yesterday to get hay.  She was in the
truck from 7:30 a.m. until about 4:00 pm.  She is the
BEST traveler!  Pretty much slept the whole time and
didn't fuss or anything.  Pottied whenever I asked her
to!  SHE IS GREAT!!!!!

I wish Ace had had a better start to his life.  He doesn't
like the car at all and gets really nauseous.  I'm going to
start taking him on short rides whenever I can to try to
get him used to it.

Are the puppies all gone now?  Is it sad or a relief?
Well, I guess you'll have another litter to keep you busy
soon enough!  Dana
Kelly is fitting in very well here. She is an extremely
sweet and loving puppy who loves children. We feel
fortunate to have her. She is Matthew's constant
companion and sleeps on his bed at night. He couldn't
be happier. She also plays with our cat Smokey - she
tries to herd Smokey around the house and I really
think that Smokey likes the attention. They are often in
each others company. We took her to the beach
yesterday and she spent the day digging in the sand
though she was a bit nervous of the water. As you can
probably tell, we've gotten very attached to Kelly.
I will forward some new pictures of her to you after I
get a chance to download them. We would love to keep
in touch.  Best Regards,
Susan
We had a long day. Zefryn only barked a couple of
time, and then spent the rest of the trip either resting or
standing on his hind legs and watching the scenery go
by. We had stopped at Wal-Marts to get his collar, leash
and a dish for food and water. While we were there, we
couldn't resist getting a few toys for him and Feenix.
Every time we took him out to go potty he drew all
kinds of smiling attention.
When we finally got back to Molalla at 7:00ish, we went
straight to the Alumni Soccer game that is held every
year in Justin's honor (he was our oldest son, who was
killed in a car wreck ten years ago). He was
surrounded by so many people who ohhed and awed at
him. And he basked in the attention! There are now alot
of people in our area who are interested in Mini Aussies
as a result of meeting him. He really warmed up to all
the attention. He romped around and pranced and even
licked faces.
Our son, Karson, and daughter, Sophie, both think he's
pretty irresistable. They each scooped him up as soon
as they saw him. He snuggled up in their arms, and they
fawned all over him. So far he's fitting in really well.
When we finally got home, he met Mally, who is twice
as big as Feenix, and was just fine with her until she
growled to keep him away from her doggy treat, which
he didn't want anyway. He wasn't interested in his own.
she was just being greedy. Feenix claimed the squeaky
toy we'd gotten him, but he decided he liked the
chew-rope toy and carried off it to a corner and chewed
on it. I laughed to watch him carry it, cuz his prize was
about three times wider than he is.
He's finally sleeping near my feet as I write this.
Esther
Sorry I didn't catch your phone call today.  Virtue or
Sadie Mae as we are now calling her is doing great.  She
and Brutus have bonded and get into wrestling matches
several times a day.  I don't know who wins as it
appears to be a wrestling match between a bear and
cheeta.  Sometimes the bear sits on the cheeta, if she is
quick enough.  They are having a great time.  She has
accidents at times, but we put her in the crate at night
and she will whine when she needs to go.  She goes out
about twice a night.  Her crate sits in the middle of our
bed, and Brutus is under the covers. Luckily we have a
large bed.  Bottem line is that she is doing great and we
just love her.  Tim and Kim
Just wanted to let you know that Phil, Olivia, and Mr.
Furious (now Scout) made it home.
Oh my gosh!  He's sooooooo cute!  Much tinier than I
expected!  He is just a doll!

He spent the car ride cuddled up to Olivia in the back
seat.  She loved that!
Boy he has got some springs in his legs!  He can almost
jump onto the couch!  Thanks so much for meeting part
way.... very kind of you!
I'll send some pics soon!
~ Debrya
Haven't talked in a bit. Sula is great, we couldn't be
more happy to have him here. Hardly a day seems to go
by that one of us dosen't stop and say, "getting him was
such a good idea." Which is great cuz it's the only good
idea that Jeanice will give me credit for.(hehe)

I want to send you some pics but I'm computer
illiterate, so I'll have to get Jeanice to help.  Hope all is
well with you and yers. Take care!  Brian=+)
A short note to tell you that "RunAmok Casey Kiche
Koochee Koo" is doing exceptionally well.  It was a big
day for the little fella! We climbed stairs, met kitties,
lead and so, so much more! The little guy took it all in
ran, played, snoozed, had a bath, walked (and ran) on
lead and so, so much more! The little guy took it all in
stride and is in high spirits. He's eating, drinking and
doing his business. He has a wonderful personality and
I absolutely adore him! The love and caring that you
and your family has given this pup is clearly evident.
Thank you so much for getting him off to such a great
start!  Best wishes, Jeff

AND (From Casey)

Hi mom,
I just wanted to send you a note and let you know that
I'm doing exceptionally well and having lots of fun in
Virginia. I'm eating and drinking well and doing all my
business. It's been really hot here so I've been doing
most of my romping inside where it's cool.

My new dad has been trying to communicate with me.
He says things like "good sit", "good come" and asks me
if I have to go "out" (he asks me that a lot).
I think I'm beginning to understand what he means. I
get tasty treats when I do those things. Sometimes I get
treats and I don't even know what I've done right. Dad
looks tired but he smiles and laughs a lot. He tells me
that I'm just the sweetest, purdiest little puppy in the
whole wide world!

Dad says to say hello and that he'll try to download and
send you some photos later today when I'm "recharging
my little batteries."  Love, Casey
We wanted to write and let you know how much we are
loving our puppies! I sent my husband and youngest
daughter to pick up our puppy and home they came
with two! They just fell in love with our beautiful
black-tri "Gracie" and couldn't bear to leave little
"Cooper" behind. His blue-merle coloring was just too
cute. They are such happy, friendly, healthy pups. We
crate them for night time and actually get up to 6 hours
of solid sleep time!

From beginning to end our experience with RunAmok
Aussies has been wonderful. It has been years since I've
had a dog and wanted to choose the one that would fit
best with our family. Jacque was so helpful and honest
in answering all of our questions and made the whole
experience easy and fun.

Thank you Jaque for raising such wonderful animals
and truly caring about this breed of dog. I appreciate all
of the time you have spent with us in preparing for our
newest little ones and continuing to be there for us if we
have a questions. We will send some pictures along
soon!
Blessings to you and your family,
Lori and Family
[RunAmok's The Real Deal ]
As you can see McCoy is very content at our home.  He
keeps us on our toes also.  He has fit in really good and
we love him dearly.  I am so glad that we were able to
get him from you.  I will send more pictures soon.  You
can probably tell he is very spoiled and we have already
taught him how to play catch.  He is very smart, almost
too smart sometimes.
Thanks,  Candice and Tyler
Attached are two pictures.  She is absolutely still on raw
food. Our vet said she's in perfect shape and a great
weight; her comment was "puppies shouldn't be fat -
being hungry is a good thing."

She's very, very friendly (we're working on not jumping
up on visitors) unless she's alone when a stranger
arrives (shes a bit shy in that case). She just started to
bark when she hears something amiss outside, which we
discouraged, so now she'll woo (and that's allowed).
She's of course, very, very smart & she easily
distinguishes between her toys and Spencer's toys. She
also knows she's not supposed to lick Spencer - but she
does when we aren't looking.

She just got spayed and we're planning on puppy class
in March. She fetches, sits, comes, stays (for a bit) very
easily, is pretty good with her heal. She also knows
what "kennel" and "bed" are!

She is *
exactly* what we were looking for and is a
perfect addition to our family. Her and Spencer will be
*best friends*.  -- Jackie
Hi - I just wanted to let you all know that"RunAmok
Lady Carleigh the Second of Dundas" and I had a
relaxing drive to the border, the sound and motion of
the truck was an instant sedative for Carleigh so she
was either asleep in her kennel or curled up under my
legs... between the gas and brake pedal...all this sleep
(6hrs) made for in interesting nights sleep once we
finally got through customs...

I fed her a chicken leg and was amazed at the way she
scarfed it down, very impressive!  I also gave her a half
tab of the puppy sups, which she also made disappear in
an instant, then one of your liver treats for desert.  She
lapped up a bunch of water out of her bowl, so even
though it was dark I brought her down to the grass in
the back yard, she had a good pee with tons of puppy
praise on my part, so I was feeling pretty smart and
figured there'd be no "accidents" in my house... ya,
right!  In the backyard she had a blast as she ran all
over, zooming in at me from all angles, those herding
instincts run deep.

Inside the house I just followed her around and rolled
up the nice Persian area rug she enjoyed to chew, the
coarse woven Ikea rug had to be removed too... shoes,
a couple of plants, some electrical cords, I knew this
was going to happen, I just wanted to see it for myself.
Bed time, I'm pretty wiped and I'm setting up Carleigh's
first night away, she'll be on the floor next to my bed, I
brought the kennel in and rigged it so the door wouldn't
close and blocked in an area between my side of the
bed, the wall, the chest of draws and the kennel. I knew
she's he a bit whiny but I figured she'd settle down and
sleep... She did whine about every hour or so but I got
about 4 hrs. of sleep, and I figure that that is pretty
good for the first night.

She did use her kennel to pee in, so that was nice for
me.  6:30am take Carleigh out to the backyard, 7:00am
the other leg and thigh of the chicken, puppy supps,
and a liver treat, lots of water this time from the pond...
Carleigh's not into the stainless steel water bowl I
bought her, the pond is much more natural (I take that
as a compliment).

At 9:00am a friend of mine drops by with his 3 year
old, Carleigh stays right at my feet for about 2 minutes
then she's playing with the new people and having a
blast, I'm feeling a bit jealous >wink<

At 10:00am I teach a Boxing circuit class at my gym, I
bring Carleigh along in the truck with me, her kennel in
the back. The gym is 10 minutes away, Carleigh is
asleep inside of 5 minutes, the sound and movement
knock her right out. Once at the gym, I let Carleigh
wonder around a bit, there's only 3 people in the class
so within 5 minutes Carleigh is out from my feet and
herding everybody! The class is a bit loud, music,
round timer, people punching heavy bags, but Carleigh
just thinks it's great! Prancing around like royalty she
finally decides to snooze in her kennel while all the loud
music and noises don't even faze her

12:00noon I teach a UFC style Jiujitsu class, 2 people
for this one.  Because all of the training involves
wrestling and ground techniques Carleigh just can't
believe it... she's in for the fun! For Carleigh, if you're
on the floor you're free game for a lick and a chew. The
guys and Carleigh had a great workout.

2:00pm back home to play in the backyard. I figure I'm
going to make sure that Carleigh get a good sleep
tonight so I'm working the Kong and chasing her...
when ever she's not chasing me. In all the fun, Carleigh
zigs when she should have zagged and she goes zooming
out over something she hadn't thought too deeply
about, splash into the pond!  She swims for the side but
can't get out so I pull her out.  She goes riccotteting off
in every direction as I'm sure she's never experienced
this type of a dunk.  With her fur soaked to her skin she
looks so tiny, but the water is cold and she begins to
shiver.  I give her a good rub down, then wrap her in a
nice thick blanket and take the oppertunity to grab a
few ZZZs.  I tuck Carleigh up in the blanket, hold her
close to help warm her, and lay down on the couch, her
shaking fades away as we both nod off.  20 minutes
later we're both "good to go".

6:00pm dinner chicken breast, but she doesn't eat too
much of it. I put the remainder in the fridge and out to
the backyard we go. Carleigh goes [and] I'm giving her
huge puppy praise!  She's snoozing right now, but at
8:00pm I'll take her out again for a little run around the
yard.

That's Carleigh's cross border experience and first day
with Rob!  The woman from K9 Kinship is dropping by
on Wednesday to set us up for the puppy preschool
program, that should be interesting.  Anyway, there
you have it.  I took some picture on the road trip, and
some in the back yard, I'll be sure to send you some as
we progress.  Thank you for everything... more to
come. Rob
K.C. is taking a nap so I thought I would give you an
update.  He is such a joy and sooooooo full of energy.
He has made himself right at home and has done a lot of
exploring outdoors.  It is so much fun to watch him
explore new things.  He wasn't quite sure about the
compost bin .  That was a big scary orange thing, but,
this afternoon we marched right up to it like it was Our
other dogs are beginning to accept him, but, he isn't a
member of the pack yet.  He has a number of toys to
keep him occupied though!  He sleeps at night in his
crate and wakes up only once to go out potty.  He is so
smart.  He knows where the fridge is and that food is
kept inside.  He tries to climb in.  He loves water and
will wade in the puddles outside and also his water
bowl.  He has an appointment with the vet tomorrow
for a checkup and to see if he will receive his
vaccinations.  He loves to eat and has gained one
pound.  Alan and I want to thank you for such a
beautiful and well socialized puppy.
You and your family have done a great job with your
dogs and puppies.  I would highly recommend you to
anybody that was serious about aussies.  We will take
some pictures of him and send you some.  We added
these pictures of him playing with one of his favorite
"Buddies".
Have a great night
Alan & Jo-Ann
I know this is a very busy weekend for you so I am
restraining from just calling, but I wanted to express
this little guy!  It feels as though he has been part of our
family forever already, actually from the first we met.
We had a great trip home, he laid in my lap, we stopped
once in the snow and sleet to potty and then he slept at
my feet.  When we arrived home Dennis and I were
lying in the kitchen floor and he was romping, stopped
put his nose in the air sniffing about.  He has so much
personality, comes when we call, follows us around the
yard piles up on the couch with us.
The first two nights he did well in the crate, last night he
was not as ok with it.  The feeding is going well. How
important is the variety aspect ?  He ate a chicken leg
the first day and is working on the thigh today and has
had beef liver both days.
----------
Anyway he is just too awesome and it is obvious that
the extra care that your family provides will now bless
our home with a special companion! Thank you I am so
glad we found you !!!
Laura
I will see if I can get some pics to you but probably not
till around Christmas.  It was so hot here this So, right
now the only curls are on her ears.!  She's actually cute
clipped but we'll let her grow back till next summer.
She's 19 1/2 months old and doing great.  Very well
behaved except for jumping up on people (we're still
working on it).  She's a seasoned travelor - to the ocean,
camping, visiting her "brothers" homes.  Loves to chase
balls and brings them back!  Very busy girl too.  Thank
you again for such a sweet dog.
Have a great summer,  Judi
About RunAmok Autumn & RunAmok Cayenne!
THANK YOU!
Well it been a week with our two new puppies and we
couldn't be happier!  Our two little girls are exactly
what we've always wanted.  We feel foolish for buying
so many toys, because they seem to find the most
pleasure/fun items we already had - Our socks!
Thankfully they are smart enough to know that they
don't play with the ones on our feet.  If you want to talk
about the sweetest like girls in the world!  They love to
have any kind of attention, belly rubs, just sitting in our
laps.  I can't even tell you how many times they have
fallen asleep in our laps!  By far the funniest thing they
do is try to herd us when we are walking around.
Running between our legs and running in front of us
and stopping.

If you want to talk about smart!  They've only been
with us for 7 days and are almost potty trained!  They
walk and cry at the door when they have to go.  They
sleep through the whole night now with no accidents!
We are so proud of our little girls.
We'll be sending pictures soon!  Brandie and Paul
I just thought I'd send you a Meadow update since her
birthday is coming up.  We moved to Texas in July and
at she really seems to enjoy her new digs, although I
think she missed the
snow this winter.  At the beginning of the year we
started fostering dogs for a local rescue.  Meadow likes
being the old kid who shows the new dogs what is
expected of them.  She has really grown up a lot in the
last year, although she still has occasional puppy
moments.  We get complements on her constantly.
There is something about her (maybe a sparkle in her
eye?) that seems to make her irresistible to both people
and other dogs.  Several people have
actually stopped as they were driving by to
complement how beautiful she is.  I wanted to send you
a few more recent photos but it was hard to find one
that really captures her sparkle.  I'm sending you a
photo that has both her and one of our old fosters, who
is now living with a wonderful family.  We love her so
much and are glad she is a part of our family.
Hope all is well with your family.
Best,  Lisa
Hi there,  I'm sorry I haven't written sooner - things
have been really busy.  Laurie is doing GREAT!  She's
fitting in really really good.  My other 2 still aren't
quite sure about her, but they are adjusting (haha).
Laurie loves biting on their tails, which they aren't too
wild about, but they let her know when they've had
enough (not that it phases her).  The house is filled
with chew toys (course I think I'm her favorite chew
toy).

Jackie has taken some really cute pictures of her on
our camera phones and when I can figure out (or
rather have her do it), I'll send them to you.  I just
took the role of film over the other day, so should
have those pictures back soon and will send them up
to you.

Laurie loves the yard - she goes all over.  Not too wild
about the riding lawn mower and Phil's golf cart, but
she'll adjust.  I just love her to pieces - I hated going
back to work on Monday, but it is soooo cool coming
home and she runs to meet me!

Well I'll shut up for now - will get some pictures to
you really soon (I promise).  Hope everything is going
well with all of you!  So are you experiencing "empty
nest syndrome"?
Talk to you soon,  Joanne
Once again I have to praise you on what a for. She was
so good in the car (ironically, I was also out by the
cargo pick-up as we're buying a limo for our and a color
changing floor! HA HA HA!) and waited about 4 hours
of patient car-riding before going potty.

She's exactly like River in that she fell asleep for most
of the car ride and then woke up as soon as we were at
the office, went potty and ran around saying hi to
everyone with me and then konked out in the legs of
my chair in my office. She is so cute! I have a bunch of
pictures of her and will take more this weekend. I'll be
sure to send you some cute ones for your site. ML,
Holly
Thank you for letting me purchase one of Mirage's
puppies. Remi follows me everywhere and is a little
love bug. Wherever we go people stop to pet her and
ask what kind of dog she is and where did I get her.
You did an excellent job socializing her. I am amazed at
how relaxed and calm she can be and in an instant
racing all over.

She went to the Vet for her first shots
and met lots of new people. She is known there as
"Rocket Remi". She loves her raw food, gets plenty of
exercise and the other dogs are starting to accept her as
part of the family.

Thanks,  Gail
John and I are having so much with our little girl. We
named her Tori. Boy! is she full of energy. She is on
the run full speed all day long, except for nap times.
The first three nights were pretty sleepless, but now
she knows the routine and we have figured out how
she thinks. What a very smart little girl. Within the
second day of having her home, she mastered the
stairs, the doggy door and knew her name. She
follows us all over the property and plays hard with
our other dog, when sofie allows it. Sofie gets more
tolerable with Tori everyday. Thank you so much for
all your help and information. We absolutely love
her. She is a great addition to our family
john and vickie
HI - just thought we'd send a quick Cusco picture along.
He is doing great! He is starting to become quite the
cuddler. He's been very social already  - we had some
friends over that have a two year old and he did very
well with her. He does great riding in the car - doesn't
get sick and seems to enjoy going with us. We're
working on his very independent nature and he is
already showing improvement. He's starting to learn
he's not the leader of our pack (although he thinks he's
cute enough to be the leader).
Enjoy the picture. :-)  Christy & Steve
Thanks so much!  Drey is an awesome puppy.  He has a
wonderful personality and learns quickly!
Susan & family
We've had an easy time settling in.  They slept almost
all the way home.  They fell asleep at 10:30 just as
you said and woke up at 5:30 as Steve was making
coffee.  I stayed home today as did our son, Dan.  We
spent most of the day checking out the new
surroundings..great time, great dogs.  Thank you!!
Still working on names, Trish
Cherokee Rose is absolutely incredible.  She is loving
and playful.  Our 2 year old daughter is great with her
and Cherokee is so patient with her as well.  The boys
love her and are playing with her all the time and my
wife is crazy about her too!  She has been great on
walks with a leash and seems to really enjoy it.  She is
best!  Thank you,
